Márcia has a Graduate Degree in International Relations, with a specialization in Diplomacy and Area Studies, granted by Universidade Portucalense. She is currently attending a Master’s in International Relations and Diplomacy, in Universidade Portucalense. She is also collaborating with GILT, at ISEP.
