The workshop has traditionally focused on challenging problems such as information gathering and processing in education, development of web-based and mobile services, building intelligent and social-oriented applications to support personalized, adaptable and on-demand learning.
IEETeL2016 includes new topics, related to development of curriculum in the area of educational/learning technologies. The emerging question is how well trained researchers and professionals can be educated in the field of educational/learning technologies, both in academy and in the business sectors, while there are no major courses and curricula?
