Project ALIEN: Active Learning in Engineering Education is an international project with partners from Europe and Asia including Greece, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Estonia, Pakistan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia and Nepal. Its main goal is to promote Problem-Based Learning approaches in the Engineering field.
The 2nd ALIEN Project meeting was hosted by University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from the 9th to the 11th of January. This meeting allowed for assessment of the work being currently developed by all partners involved from Europe and Asia with a focus on the deployment of PBL labs namely in partners from Asia. All partners also actively participated in workshops related with AL and PBL throughout the course of the days.
